साहस

**Definition:**
साहस (sahas) in Marathi refers to the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger,or pain without fear. It involves the ability to confront fear, adversity, and challenges with bravery and determination.

**Examples:**
1. त्याने आपल्या दुर्भाग्याने सामना करण्यासाठी साहस दाखवला.
   (He showed courage to face his misfortune.)

2. शिक्षकांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना नवीन गोष्टी सीखण्यासाठी साहस दाखवला.
   (Teachers showed courage to teach students new things.)

3. तिने अपराधीच्या खिळवलेल्या ठिकाणात गळ्यात्र जाऊन साहस दाखवला.
   (He showed courage by going to the criminal's hideout.)

4. सैनिकांनी देशाची सुरक्षा करण्यासाठी अनेक महिन्यांचं साहस दाखवलं.
   (Soldiers showed courage by protecting the country for many months.)
